This Refund Policy governs your purchase and use of the services provided by Dediroom LLC (United States), including but not limited to dedicated servers, VPS, cloud services, IP services, and related infrastructure solutions.
Refund Policy – Dediroom LLC
By purchasing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by this Refund Policy, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 72-hour refund window on VPS Hosting and Dedicated Servers from the time of initial purchase.
To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be submitted within 72 hours of the initial purchase.
- The service must not have been provisioned, deployed, or significantly used. Services that have been provisioned, deployed, or significantly used may not be eligible for a refund.
- Refund eligibility may be reduced or denied based on the level of resource usage incurred.
- The service must not violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- The account must be in good standing with no fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
After the 72-hour refund window has expired, no refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Any service suspended or terminated due to policy violations
- Any service terminated due to fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
- Any account terminated due to sanctions violations or AML/KYC non-compliance
- Services where significant resources have been consumed or provisioning has been completed
3. Prohibited Use — Refund Denial
Refunds will not be granted if the service has been used for any of the following:
- Illegal activities of any kind
- Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
- Fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive behavior
- Sanctions violations or dealings with restricted entities or countries
- Any activity that violates our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service
4. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their services at any time through the client area.
- Cancellation will prevent future billing from the next renewal date.
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle after the refund window has expired.
- Cancellation does not entitle the customer to any pro-rated refund for unused time within an active billing period.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Submit a support ticket via the client area within the 72-hour window.
- Include your order ID and a clear reason for the request.
Refund requests are reviewed at our sole discretion. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
We strongly recommend contacting our support team before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
- Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and denial of any future service from Dediroom LLC.
- We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback we deem invalid and to pursue recovery of any associated costs.
- In the event of a chargeback, Dediroom LLC reserves the right to immediately suspend all active services on the account at our sole discretion.
- Any outstanding balances or chargeback fees must be settled in full before service can be reinstated.
7. Payment Disputes
In the event of a payment dispute, the case will be reviewed by our team. Services may be temporarily suspended during the investigation period at our sole discretion.
Dediroom LLC is not liable for any downtime, data loss, or business impact resulting from a suspension triggered by a payment dispute.
8. Policy Updates
Dediroom LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
